Powercycle, Modem
Checked them in RMOD,
Delete the connectoid and rebuild
LATENCY ISSUES:
Specify IP address,
Clear Cache,
Tracert,
DefaultRcvWindow,
Ping IP address,
ROUTING ISSUES:
Power cycle,
Close all progs in background,
Ping them, by IP address
Check for Proxy, in IE
Check Winsock and Wsock32,
Tracert,
CAN CONNECT BUT NOT BROWSE
Check for winsock and Wsock32 files
Uninstall the winsock2
they can connect but cant browse > unless they have win 2000
(Location of winsock2 HKEY_Local_Machine / system / currentcontrolset / services/ Winsock2)
USEFUL INFO:
To find Static IP's in RMOD:
Type "CBL-usemame" (Dynamic IP's come up as no radius)
Static IP's are Legacy Charter Members only
Charter Cable: We TS the software and local hardware only
IP Settings in Windows and Mac:

TCP/IP- Obtain Automatically Specify the IP
DHCP- Subnet-255.255.255.0
DNS- Gateway-DNS=Host
